About the hotel
The very comfortable and recently built residence boasts a tremendous location in the heart of the village, in the Hautes-Alpes, 108 km away from Grenoble, 200m away from the ski-lifts and 50m away from the shops. The resort is a perfect mix of tradition and modernity.
The residence is surrounded by a landacaped garden. It features cosy and well-appointed apartments, including apartments equipped for babies.
Many services are offered on-site (fee required).
Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:
Beds made for arrival.
Change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay.
Mid-stay cleaning.
Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

- You may check in from 17:00 hours onwards.
- You must check out by 10:00 hours.
Cancellations
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
Reception opening times:
Monday-Thursday: 08:00-12:00 / 16:00-20:00.
Friday: 08:00-12:00 / 15:00-24:00.
Saturday: around the clock.
Sunday: 00:00-13:00 / 16:00-20:00.
Important: in case of arrival outside opening times of the reception, please contact the residence.

In addition to all the facilities already listed, all the apartments are equipped with 4 electric hobs, a vacuum cleaner and a phone (fee required). Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.
